Consultant/Senior Consultant – Human Factors & Usability
We are seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Human Factors and Usability to join our London team. Working alongside researchers, designers and engineers, you will plan and deliver people-centred research and usability programmes that help our clients create safer, more intuitive and desirable products and experiences. The role can be tailored towards human factors and usability, qualitative and contextual research, or a combination of both. You will work directly with clients, translate evidence into clear design and business recommendations, and contribute to multidisciplinary projects in the UK and internationally.
Senior-level candidates will also take greater responsibility for complex projects, client development, commercial performance and mentoring colleagues. Experience in healthcare or medical-device development is essential.
